Because we’re critical of how we work and how we collaborate, we’ve implemented a new set of ideals that makes us today one of the most innovative Salesforce Consultant Agency in terms of workforce management. We have employees based in our office in Geneva…but since our priority is to offer flexible services to our clients; we’ve started to provide some of our employees, several re-located home-based contract, to make sure we collaborate with our clients in a closer way and to focus on long term relationships.

A new kind of consulting company

The year was 2001. Wikipedia had just launched. Apple released the iPod. Salesforce.com, SAP was getting more and more popular, new types of recruitment processes arisen and Jürgen, our CEO, had always wanted to have a true consulting company as part of his portfolio. When he met Franz in 2008, he shared his different experiences both as a consultant at different types of consulting companies and as a buyer of consulting in Switzerland and Austria.
